Hello Dog Lovers! My name is Wende. My home is filled with love, laughter, friendship, and a dog! I have had animals all my life, including a Java Monkey when I was young. I fully understand the concerns of turning a furry family member over to someone that you don't know. But please rest assured that with my fourteen years of experience, they will be loved and cared for as if they were one of my own. I live in a condo right in the heart of Downtown Bend. Wow.What a great gal Wende is. Being a rover sitter myself, I had huge expectations of what I wanted in a sitter for my dog Fanny and Bella. This was the first time that I had a sitter come to my house and this was the best experience for me. I had a large list of Rover sitters to choose from and I chose the best sitter for my special dog, and that was Wende. Wende was given lot of instructions for each dog and she rose to the occasion. For the first time, Fanny was so happy with Wende that she did not cry when I was gone. When I came back, she sat close to Wende as she had totally bonded and loved having her here. I am so grateful to Wende for taking such good care of the 2 special girls in my absence.
Wende took a really good care of Jerry (3 year old Maltipoo) for two nights. I was very happy with Jerry's staying at Wende's cozy beautiful home. She sent pictures of Jerry and made me feel very comfortable about how he was doing. I will definitely ask Wende again when I visit Bend in the future! Thanks, Wende!
Wende was amazing with my dog! She was present, sensitive to his needs, affectionate and reliable. He came home well adjusted and happy. She send wonderful pictures which showed how comfortable he was. I will use her again and again!!!
Molly stayed with Wende for only three days but she really enjoyed her time and I felt very good about leaving her in Wende's care. I knew she was having a good time because she got really excited as soon as we drove up to Wende's place in each morning! I can't praise Wende enough, she is such a lovely lady, I felt immediately comfortable with her and she and Molly hit it off right away. I had no doubt that Molly was well cared for and was having a fun time, but in case I needed further proof it was evident in the great photos Wende sent throughout the day I highly recommend Wende, your dog will be well looked-after and happy in her care.
