Hi, everyone. I moved to Magrath Heights neighborhood from downtown Edmonton in 2020. I’ve been taking care of my own dog (golden retriever, from 11 weeks) for almost two years and we received professional training. I also have two lovely cats who are 8 and 4 years old respectively. My cats live on the second floor and dog stays on the mail floor. There is a door separating them. In the past a few years, I’ve been walking, babysitting friends’ dogs lots of times. I just really enjoy the time taking care of them. Always feel calm and love deep in my heart when spending the time with dogs and cats. I live in Magrath Heights and I am working from home. So my schedule is quite flexible. I am able to modify my schedule to fit in clients’ requests if given a heads up. From my own experience, it can be very simple. I treat a pet as a baby and treat him/her with love and patience. Also it might be complexed in certain cases. Will definitely need to know from my clients what might be a threat to the pets and the pets’ likes and dislikes. We must learn to live with the pets not the opposite.
