We couldn't have asked for a better first-time-away experience in leaving our 2-year-old dog, Otis with a sitter. Waska set us at ease with video and pictures of the two warming up to one another, going to the park, taking hiking adventures, and playing at home. All the while, Otis appeared as happy just as he does with us. Our only fear was that Otis wouldn't want to come back home with us! Waska was professional, followed our instructions for feeding and even worked on a couple commands. I would recommend Waska to anyone looking for compassionate and highly capable dog sitter for their favorite furry family friend.

Waska looked after our recently adopted four year old small pup whilst we were on a six week, previously organised trip abroad. He stayed at the house so that the dog would not worry about moving again. We came home to a very happy camper, who had learned some better behaviour and a fovourite trick. Waska took care of our Autumn for two weeks in our house. He made an immediate and strong connection with our dog, and she is crazy about him! He asked detailed questions about her schedule, likes, and dislikes, and he took great care of Autumn and of our home. We received daily updates and pictures, and he was always available if we called him. I would recommend Waska without reservation.

My home is roomy with a secure balcony. There are green walking areas ( Lake Julian Park) close by for safe and pleasant walks and ball throwing. I’m happy to board dogs that don’t chew on my furniture!

A typical day
I wake up with the sun and being with a four legged friend is such a joy for me. I love to start the day with a morning walk and often stop at the dog park for play and socializing (if your dog enjoys that). Because of my flexible schedule, I make time throughout the day to walk, talk, play and enjoy quality time with your dog (or cat). If you like photo or video updates, I am always happy to abide : )
