Pet care experience
I have been around animals since birth. In fact, the only time I haven't had a dog at home were during my years in college! I have experience with large and small breeds of dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, and aquatics. I also have experience with many other exotic animals and wildlife. I would be excited to provide loving care for any creature! My home is located right outside of downtown Ann Arbor. There are beautiful, quiet streets to take walks on and we have a fenced backyard for easy potty breaks. I have a dog, Ember, who is friendly with other dogs. I also have a cat, Ash. My pets' safety is very important to me, so I can not accept any animal with potentially dangerous behavioral issues, sorry!

Viv is a tremendously empathetic person, as is evident with her animal husbandry. She is a true animal person, intuitive, experienced and dedicated. I would not hesitate to have her care for my pets.
My pets are my best friends, and I wouldn’t trust just anyone with them. Viv is like an animal whisperer. She was incredibly caring and kind to my dog when she watched her! Usually when I pick up my dog from the pet sitter she is jumping into my arms like she is so happy to get out of there and go home. Not with Viv! I simply cannot recommend her highly enough!

It is very important that your dog is not aggressive towards cats or other dogs. Dogs with a history of aggression can unfortunately not be accepted.
A typical day
There is a beautiful nature trail that runs alongside the Huron River where we love to go for walks. The neighborhoods surrounding our home are also beautiful, treelined streets where is is lovely to get fresh air.

Most days I am home all day long. I study online so I will be able to provide your pet with the attention they deserve. I can follow whatever feeding and exercise schedule your pet is accustomed to!
