Pet care experience
I owned puppies, adult, and senior dogs, mostly rescues, for 35 years. I am active and able to walk or run with your best friend depending on his/her needs. I do not currently have a dog but miss a canine presence in my life. While I'm not ready to commit to the whole life of a dog I commit to loving yours unconditionally while in my care.

I highly recommend Viviane. Throughout the whole process she was very communicative and flexible. Viviane has a beautiful home and took great care and attention getting to know our dog, Rosie, and making her comfortable. Although Rosie is a very sweet and well behaved dog with humans, she is very reactive to other dogs. So, she requires more work on walks etc. We told Viviane she didn’t need to walk Rosie, just let her out briefly to go to the bathroom, as she was only there 2 nights, but Viviane went to all the extra trouble of taking Rosie on walks, playing with her, working with her training, and making sure she got out and about. Viviane was incredibly warm and welcoming right off the bat and supplied us with photos and videos throughout Rosie’s stay. Rosie definitely seemed to enjoy herself and get lots of love and attention!
Kept our dog very active and engaged. Sent lots of photos. He’s a tired boy today!
Viviane has attention to detail and is extremely reliable. She has had large dogs and took exceptional care of them. People from our office have used Viviane to care for their dog. They get lots of attention and walks.

I have a fenced yard and doggy door but I still like to keep an eye on your pet when outside so I will be out with them. I will walk or run your dog daily (I walked or ran my dogs twice daily). Taking pets to local beaches is an option. I keep pets on leashes at all times. I respect the dog's feeding schedule and I'm open to working on basic obedience with them. I don't feed table scraps and will only give your dog approved treats. I do not keep toxic products in the house or yard but have a pet poison hotline number on the fridge just in case.

It helps to get a short write up of your pets' needs and general behavior. Top sections would be feeding times, types, quantities, then approximate schedules for potty / walk breaks. Exercise needs (walk or run) with approximate times. Then please describe what your pet likes, bring favorite toy, treats, bed, and maybe a piece of your clothing so they feel secure in a stranger's home. Also provide phone numbers of your vet and emergency contact if not provided by Rover.
A typical day
I like to take long walks or go for neighborhood or trail runs. If your dog likes the beach there are several nearby - Car rides!

Availability
I work full time so my schedule is limited however, I can sometimes work from home. I would prefer to be home full time with your pet so it helps if I can get advanced notice for scheduling. I love dogs and let them sleep on my bed if this is something you allow with your pet. I am active and love to walk and run and will gladly accommodate your pets' exercise needs.
