Pet care experience
LGBTQ+ Owned & Operated 🌈💛 Over two years ago, we adopted our first dog together after growing up surrounded by cats and dogs as children. Her name is Gerdy, a 12-year-old Shih Tzu that has our hearts. She has provided us with the wonderful experience of caring for senior dogs and administering daily topical medications and pills. She is mostly blind and deaf so we have also learned to navigate that and are happy to accommodate any special needs your pet may have. About a year ago we were lucky enough to welcome our second family member, Juniper. The young and wild American Bulldog! She is about 1 year old and a ball of energy. She will be happy to tire out your puppy so you can cuddle and relax together when you bring them home. She recently graduated from her puppy training program, we are familiar with lots of methods of puppy training, and more than happy to continue working with your pet while they are in our care. She has taught us about crate training as well as loose-leash walking. We care for all dogs, big and small, and love to exercise and keep our guests mentally stimulated. Please let us know if you would like us to provide Kongs, lick mats, or other brain games as we are happy to do so!

I cannot recommend Viviana & Jada enough, and I couldn't be happier with their service. From the moment for the initial consultation, it was clear that they genuinely care about dogs and have a deep understanding of their needs. Extremely reliable and punctual, but they also go above and beyond to provide the best care for my dogs. They take my dog on long, engaging walks, ensuring that he gets plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. They always come prepared with treats and toys to keep my dog entertained, making every walk an enjoyable experience for them both. What I appreciate most about Viviana & Jada is their attention to detail and personalized approach. They take the time to understand my dog's temperament, preferences, and any special requirements he may have. I feel confident leaving my dogs in their care, knowing that he is in safe hands. Communication is also exceptional with Viviana & Jada. They provide regular updates, including photos and detailed summaries of each walk, which gives me peace of mind when I'm away. They are also quick to respond to any questions or concerns I have, which is incredibly reassuring. Overall, Viviana & Jada are a true professional who genuinely loves dogs. Viviana & Jay saved our day! We had company in town and they literally did an house call to feed our dogs and let them out with 2 hours notice. Thanks to them we didn’t have to interrupt our last minute plans. These two are the best!

Information Viviana & Jada L. would like to know about your pet
It’s important to us to know any medications, allergies, and general anxieties your pet experiences so that we can keep them comfortable during their stay with us. We ask that all pets are up to date on vaccines and fixed. Our schedule is very flexible so never be afraid to reach out! Age-appropriate vaccines are required and for boarding all dogs must be spayed/neutered. This includes Bordetella, Rabies, and Parvo. IMPORTANT TO KNOW: We board one dog/ dog family at a time. For any stays over 3 nights, a trial daycare or overnight is required. We offer $5 off of our normal price for this trial. This is to ensure we are the best fit for you and your pup! Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns! Thank you.
A typical day
We love enrichment in our home! Snuffle mats, lick mats, Kong, feel free to bring any of your pet's favorites as well. We value walks and will match your dog's pace if they’re a slow sniffer or a runner. We walk your babies around the neighborhood and the local park.

Availability
We are a WFH (work-from-home) couple, so your pets are always loved and supervised. When your pets are being cared for at our home, they are never left alone for longer than about 2 hours if we need to run out for some reason. We can feed on your pup's schedule, or if they are free-fed at home, they will be fed at about 7 am and 5 pm daily. We feed all dogs separately to avoid any resource guarding and they are all monitored. At least two walks are done daily, with potty breaks every 2 hours. Do not hesitate to let us know if your pet is on a schedule, we are happy to accommodate. Your pet will be showered with love and playtime during their stay. We are pet people at our core and dog snuggles are our happiness! If you are looking for house sitting or drop-ins, we are happy to do everything we can to accommodate your schedule. We do not currently offer around the clock or live in care. Please let us know if you have any questions.
