Viviana was so amazing and gentle with our babies. Can’t wait to book with her again!!

I was nervous at first when I scheduled a meet and greet especially since there weren't many reviews yet. I immediately felt at ease once we met. My crazy dogs went right up to Viviana and quickly made friends with her. It can be tough most times introducing them to new people but they let me know right away how they approved of Viviana. Communication was great through the entire process. We had routine check-ins before the scheduled stay and lots of updates while we were gone. I enjoyed seeing pictures when my girls did something cute and getting routine updates on how they were doing. Viviana also checked to make sure I was getting the right about of pictures and messages. She was happy to do more or less to make me feel at ease. I have an older dog and a younger dog. They took care to meet the individual needs of both. I never had a reason to worry while I was away. I didn't ask my neighbors to check but I heard from several while I was gone letting me know they saw my dogs out with Viviana and how happy they seemed. I love the cute momento they made for me while I was gone. I got a cute handmade envelope stuffed with cute pictures of my girls. Bonus was my house was probably cleaner when I got home than when I left. It was refreshing coming home from a long trip and everything was so clean. Plus I could tell my girls were going to miss Viviana. I hope Viviana is available next time I need to go out of town.
