Pet care experience
Our communication style with pets is straight forward with words and gestures that are easy to understand. We believe in earning a pet's love and respect by providing patience, love, kindness and guidance, first and foremost. We can be more firm if need be - we call that tough love. Just give us heads up if you have a wild one that needs extra guidance because typically we are easy going. We mainly specialize in petting, playing and walking adventures. I'm big on steering on the side of caution when it comes to kids and pets since I have both (a tween, soccer loving boy and a 10 year old chappy, male Maltese). For overnight stays at our place - facetime calls with your pet and drop bys are A ok. Wishing you and your special furry one a very happy holiday season.

Viviana and her son Orlando were so incredibly awesome taking care of our precious Bailey! He is a 14 year old Australian Shepard and was concerned with his age. We did an interview with them and Bailey loved her and her son from the start. She sent us pictures multiple times a day and I was jealous how happy he was with the activities they took him on. Even pictures of him sleeping. Any future trips we take I will always use Viviana and her son. We were blessed to find her and highly recommend her.
Viviane was amazing with my dog! She took time to learn about her likes and dislikes, calmed her when she was nervous at drop off, kept her busy all day, and updated me several times. My dog came home happy, tired, and calm! Very highly recommend Viviana... your dog will have an excellent experience.
Kemmy's second day with Vivian went as expected (it was perfect). Vivian takes amazing care to make sure Kemmy has everything she needs. Along with Eli and Orlando, they they treat Kemmy with with such great care and love. I would recommend them to anyone, they are awesome.
