Pet care experience
My name is Vita! I am a 23 year old singer/songwriter and former dog mommy who had to put her baby, Bella (cocker spaniel) to sleep in August after 15 wonderful years :(. I've been in love with dogs for as long as I can remember. I got Bella when I was 8 years old and I've also volunteered with all sizes of dogs with all types of quirks through the years at APA (Austin Pets Alive) and RBARI (Ramapo Bergen-Animal Rescue). I cared for my senior dog so I am good with administering meds and catering to their extra needs. Not only do I love dogs, but I speak their language, so they trust me and feel at ease. My schedule does vary, so I may be available more than my chart says or less depending on the week and how much care your pet will need. I will help make sure the time without their family goes by before they realize you're gone!

Vita has watched my dogs on numerous occasions and is great with them. They are afraid of most people and she worked with them on their walks greatly improving their behavior. I highly recommend her.
Victoria took care of my elderly dog with complete care and dedication. She was loving and tender and able to manage my dogs medication. She also watched my sisters puppy and helped train him and teach him a few new tricks! I highly recommend her!

Note: I am least experienced with toy breeds. I would like to know the breed of your dog as well as any triggers/issues the dog may have so I can prepare. I need to know if your dog has any allergies to any foods/treats so I make sure they don't get a tummy ache. I would like to know if your dog can be around other dogs so I know the type of park to take it to/where to walk. Please let me know how your dog does on a leash so I am aware if they are a puller or a potential flight risk. All precautions will be taken to make sure your dog is safe but it is good to know what you are dealing with as every dog has a different personality!
A typical day
Depending on the dog's activity level/personality, I will do whatever makes them comfortable without their family around. If they need a cuddle, I am there. If they want to go to the park, I will do that. I love to teach new tricks and stimulate your pup's brain! Treats will be given.
