THIS IS US Bonjour ! We are a French family of four who moved to the USA five years ago, and we absolutely adore dogs. We lost our beloved 12-year-old cocker spaniel a few months after our move, and while we are not quite ready to have a new dog of our own, we've found that dog-sitting for friends has allowed us to continue to share our love and affection with pups in need of a temporary home. OUR HOME AND CARE When your dog stays with us, he will be treated like one of our own. We live in a cozy house with a securely fenced yard, and our family loves to spend time outdoors, whether it's taking a walk around the neighbourhood or playing fetch in the backyard.

Amazing! We can’t say enough good things about this experience. We found Virginie & Maxime’s listing here on Rover and it was perfect from there forward. We had a meet and greet which included our pup Blue and their daughter Louise. She did great with Blue and we dropped him off a few days later. He had beautiful walks and playtimes which were shared with us via video. They even kept up with his commands and training. But best of all were the interactions with the family. Looked like he got hugs and cuddles every day. Our daughter who is 5 was so happy he had kids to play with that enjoyed holding him. We would definitely trust this family with our pup if care is needed again. Thank you all for making it such a low stress and happy experience for everyone! We were lucky to find you and your lovely family.
Home away from home. Our pup was treated just like family during her stay. We received excellent updates with details and pics on how she was doing everyday. After picking her up and bringing her home it was even more obvious how great her stay was. She is happy, healthy and relaxed at home post her stay. We will definitely be bringing her back for a future stay. A big thank you for such a great temporary home for our pup for the week!
My experience with Virginie and Max was exceptional! Laddoo came back happy and well-cared for, showing the genuine love and attention he received during his stay. I greatly appreciated the regular updates and photos, which kept me reassured and connected throughout the entire time. We live in a safe, quiet neighborhood with lots of parks and trails nearby, so your pup will get plenty of exercise and fresh air. Our kids are both older and understand the importance of being gentle and patient with our furry guests. TAILORED CARE AND REQUIREMENT Above all, we want your dog to feel loved, happy, and safe while they're in our care. We have experience with dogs of all sizes and ages, and we will tailor our care to your dog's individual needs and preferences. Whether your dog needs a lot of attention and playtime or just wants to curl up and nap, we will make sure they feel right at home. Before booking a first stay with us, we require a meet and greet to ensure that your furry friend will feel comfortable in our home and with our family. We want to make sure that everyone gets along and that your dog will have a positive experience staying with us. Please note that for stays longer than 5 days, we require a day and night trial period to ensure compatibility and a smooth transition. We also ask that you be honest with us about your dog's personality, habits, and any potential behavioral issues. Some fun activities that we enjoy doing with the dogs we watch include playing fetch in our backyard and going for long walks in the park, around the neighborhood or into the hills behind our house. However, we want to emphasize that we prioritize the safety of every dog in our care, which is why we are not comfortable with off-leash activities with dogs we sit.

We are currently working from home so we have the flexibility to provide your furry friend with the attention and care they deserve. Whether it's taking your pup on walks or playing in our backyard, we can easily fit pet care into our daily or weekly routine. Your dog won't have to spend much time alone, as we only need to step out for brief periods to pick up our daughters from school.
