Pet care experience
Hi! I'm Virginia and I would absolutely love to spend some time with your pets! I have been surrounded by different types of animals my whole life and really enjoy getting to know each unique personality that animals offer. In the past I have had chickens, rabbits, and even a tortoise! Currently my family has a senior dog and a diabetic cat (I am able to give insulin shots). I also worked for a year at a dog daycare and training facility in which I was a lead enrichment specialist and got a lot of experience caring for and training dogs of all kind. Besides this, I have been a petter sitter for family members and neighbors since I was about fourteen. I truly love animals and I would love to get to know yours.

Virginia did a great job walking our 2-year old English Cream Retriever over the course of four weeks and then stayed at our home while we traveled on a 4-day trip. She is a sweet and kind young woman and we would be pleased to contract with her again in the future.
This was the first time in many years that family members did not stay with our four legged family. But we could not have chosen a more caring and responsible person than Virginia. Our one dog is a little shy and usually takes him awhile to "warm-up to people but not Virginia. He took a couple whiffs, listened to her calming voice and immediately sat right next to her begging for attention. Our other dog immediately brought her favorite "tug toy" over and quickly decided that Virginia was terrier worthy. She spent the next week living in our home taking superb care of our active dogs and house. She texted pictures and messages, It is without the slightest hesitation that we highly recommend Virginia to be your animal/house sitter!! Murray and Lacey give her 8 paws up!
Virginia is truly a wonderful pet sitter. You can tell she is dedicated and passionate about pets of all kind and I could not feel safer leaving my pets with her. She’s extremely knowledgeable about animal behavior and is overall just a really sweet young woman. I would recommend her to any of my friends and family.
All I can say is Virginia is wonderful and would be a great asset to your company. She has taken care of my pets for years. She has taken care of my Bird, dogs, and chickens. She was wonderful with my blind and deaf senior dog as well. I truly know that Virginia is a lover of animals and will take the job seriously and professionally. A typical day
A typical day while watching dogs usually starts with me getting up around 7am. I usually like to get one morning walk in with the dogs before it gets too hot. Of course whatever schedule the dog is on and the family provides to me, I will follow to the best of my ability, including feeding times and how many walks. During the afternoon, I usually try to have play time with the dogs and keep them fairly active. Around 4pm I usually like to go on a second walk and enjoy some time outside before we head back for dinner!

As of right now I am free whenever to watch and care for your pets. The animal program I am in does not start until August, So Im fully free for the next couple of months.
