Hi, I'm Virginia! I'm 37 and live in Eureka, CA. It’s been a while since I’ve Rover’d so I’m easing back in- just walks and home visits for now, maybe day care, we’ll see! I will do everything I can to make sure your dog is safe & happy during their time with me! I am attentive, overly cautious & I don't take risks. Communication is extremely important to me so please ask any questions you have and I will do the same so we can make sure I'm the best match for you and your pooch!

Booking with Virginia really took a weight off of our shoulders when we went back home for vacation (10 days). You can tell she truly loves dogs, and the daily pictures and videos really helped us know our pup was being taken care of. Even better, her prices are very competitive with local kennels, and if given the option between a crowded kennel and a (for lack of a better word) more personalized stay, the choice is clear. We plan on booking her again next time we leave town!
Virginia “Ginny” cat and house-sat for me while I lived abroad in Japan for three whole months and quite simply there isn’t anyone I would trust more beyond my own self to take care of my home and beloved pets. Responsive, responsible, intuitive, and kind. Virginia will take care of your furbabies as if they were her own precious children. You can travel with the peace of mind knowing that both your pets and home are under exceptional care. She communicates quickly, follows even the most detailed of instructions without making you feel silly, and she just loves animals. I’ve seen her effortlessly connect with them and she can sus out the needs of even the most aloof and shyest of pets. I really appreciate all she did for me and my cat Buddha while I was away. It’s very stressful for me to leave my home and animals for even just a few hours, and Ginny made it as easy as possible for me to be away for months. Thank you so much!
Virginia was the most help at a time when I was working too much and couldn't be home for my pooches. I have 2 small Chihuahuas with the the most sensitive personalities and she gave them the best love and attention throuought the day and kept them calm and safe. Snuggles on the couch with their 'aunty Ginny' was their favorite part :) Ginny will give any dog all the love and proper care they need, she will be the best match for your loving pooch!

I am new to the Myrtletown neighborhood here in Eureka so I would appreciate recommendations! I don’t have a car so we could hit the dog park, stroll the streets or play in my big fenced back yard!
