No stars. She could not keep her commitment to start unless I used her roommates also. The last week she had more work at her job and missed her bed so she wanted me to find a substitute. I found a substitute who told me that there was dried poop all over the living room (she did not leep the gate up where it should’ve been). The house was 84 degrees-dangerous for dogs. . And a circuit breaker was tripped. This was all told to me by the reliable substitute who tookover. A friend came over during the period and found the dogs running outside with noone home. A bar was not kept in a door as instructed. Anyone could have opened the gate and the dogs would be gone. I left detaied written instructions and people to call, including myself, if there were questions. Decisions were made contrary to the instructions. I could list more things but these third party accounts are enough . I would never use her. again.

Virginia takes excellent care of my Border Collie-Rottweiler mix on numerous occasions. This is a high energy dog that needs ample excercise and a special diet; there's no one better for the job. Whether my dog needs a quick walk at lunch, or someone to puppysit for a week when I go on vacation, Virginia is the most reliable, loving, and diligent caregiver. She's always patient and kind with animals and they take quick liking to her. She has a wonderful attention to detail, always making sure your animal not only has all basic needs cared for, but is happy and secure.
