Pet care experience
My daughter and I are an animal caretaking duo. While we cannot currently board dogs due to a strict no dog policy we can board other animals and are happy to house sit, drop in, or dog walk! We are very flexible with hours. We believe animals deserve love and respect. In fact, after working with them we often feel like unofficial godparents. We treat boarders like family and we make sure those at their own homes get as much running and play as they like, making sure all their needs are taken care of with enthusiasm. Between the two of us we have had pets for over twenty years and couldn't be happier to take care of yours! Profile pics are of both my daughter and I. When doing meet and greets we will both be there.

I think that Violet and her daughter Lorien did an amazing job! They stayed at my apartment and watched my two kitties while I was away on vacation. It's always stressful leaving your fur babies in someone else's hands, but they were very communicative and sweet. They sent me daily pictures of my kitties while I was away. I can tell that my cats really trusted them, because I have one cat who is very loving but very shy and doesn't take to new people very well, and by the end of their stay she was sitting on her lap, which to me says there must have been a lot of trust. I will definitely use them in the future.
Zoorah, who usually hides from strangers, gained trust in Violet within two hours. I appreciated knowing that Zoorah was in good hands during my absence. Violet sent me a photo of Zoorah each time she visited. She and her daughter are pleasant and communicative.
Violet and Lorien house sat and took care of my two dogs and did a great job. I have one dog that is a rescue and nervous around new people and they were so loving and patient with him. I loved getting pictures and texts each day and seeing that my babies were happy. I have already booked Violet and Lorien for dog walking in the future.
Lorien watched our brand new kitten for us while we were on vacation. She let us know how our kitten was doing and even sent us pictures. Lorien went the extra mile and took our kitten to the vet because her stitches from being spayed had become infected. We are grateful Lorien was so attentive that she noticed this. Our kitten loves her!

We raised our prices. In addition to Rover taking 20% there is a lot going into traveling and boarding. We realize situations can vary greatly so consider the prices as place holders more than anything, once we meet and go over all the details we can message you with the final price.
A typical day
If I'm sitting a cat I will spend frequent time playing with them and they will be very loved and well fed, consider me a cat godmother. If I am house sitting with a dog of yours I would take it on a walk every day and give it my utmost attention. My cats will be put away most of the time so you don't have to worry about your pets clashing with mine.
