Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs: lab, heeler, etc. and I am now a loving dog aunty to a border collie and petsit now and then for friends. In college, when I could not have a dog, I volunteered at the local animal shelter and walked dogs — from energetic puppies, to an elderly poodle I grew to love.

Viola did a great job house sitting for a week with our three dogs. We received photos of them on walks, looking happy! Everything went smoothly. We hope Viola will be available next time!

At this time I am mostly interested in walks, as opposed to overnight care. But if a longer house / dog-sitting opportunity were a good fit, I might be amenable to that. I dog sat a terrier and chihuahua with health conditions while living in LA, and they became very sweet little buddies of mine.

A typical day
There is a great walking trail near my house and for dogs who really need to run, I’ll head to the Diamond Head Bark Park with a ball or two.
