I was very nervous about leaving my “baby”with a dog walker, he is a spoilt determined and stubborn Westie but he does love a walk! Viktoria listened and took on board all his little quirks, she gained his confidence & trust day by day. They played games and had fun! I loved all the videos and pictures she sent me, gave me reassurance that he was enjoying himself. Would definitely recommend and use again, Viktoria takes time to build trust with your precious one.
Viktoria is lovely. She makes sure you're completely comfortable with the property, herself and the service. She goes through any relevant information and care instructions. We received some adorable photos and videos of Denali's stay. And kept us updated as to what they did. She even did a bit of training for our pup too. Which was very much appreciated. Viktoria is a really responsible and cheerful person, she was very happy to drop-in to my kitty. She asked every base question about them, and she always updated when she has done the visit. Was excellent job, I will definitely call her again.
