Pet care experience
I come from a family with an extensive love for dogs, but since I’m at university and had to leave my pup at home, that leaves the perfect opportunity for me to share my love and care with another owner’s dog! I love to go on long walks and give TONS of love and affection, not to mention playing! Regardless of a dog’s energy or lifestyle I am good at adjusting to meet their needs. Owners can confide their trust in me that caring for their dog will be my number one priority while boarding, and I do my best to support that by sending pictures and updates during the stay. I have such a huge soft spot in my heart for any and all dogs. They are such pure and kind-hearted animals and getting to interact/care for as many as I can is what I’m aiming for :-)

Everything went well. Vicky took good care of my 15 year old dog. Scheduling a meet and greet, and pick up and delivery times was easy. But I found parking over there before late afternoon was difficult.
As a helicopter dog-parent, I have complete confidence in Vikky watching my two 70+ lb sweet crazies, Hooch & Sugar! Vikky's watched them 2 times so far -- she and her roommates have become my go-to gals when I need to rush out of town last-minute but still need reliable people to care for my sweet and semi-unreliable rescue dogs (a 6 yo pit-mix and a 7 yo boxer-mix). I recently moved to Chicago from Houston and was very nervous about finding a new sitter, after leaving behind such a reliable guy in Houston, also found on Rover... Vikky and her roommates have delivered! I feel my dogs are even more loved and cared for than before (how couldn't they be with the exclusive attention of 5 college students doting over them 24/7!). I do worry sometimes my dogs won't wanna come home! At the very least, I'm 100% certain when I'm on vacation or traveling for work, my dogs are having the best staycation of their short lives... that brings me so much peace as a helicopter dog-parent! Beyond the large fenced backyard at Vikky's (another thing my dogs do not have at home), they are treated like royalty by 5 loving and adoring college students. I'm confident they are living their best life and I've done my job!
Vikky took great care of Cruz and drive him to and from her place. He really liked her calm demeanor and wecloved knowing he was safe and happy!
