Vida was absolutely incredible! She was able to look after my bengal kitten while I was away for a work trip. It was super last minute, but Vida made me feel comfortable right away by being very communicative and empathetic towards the fact that I was nervous to leave him for the first time.Vida was always on time for her visits to Jagger, and was always prompt with her replies and updates. She played little games with him, sent me lots of pictures, was extremely detail oriented (paid attention to his food intake, moods, etc.), and even tidied up around my place! She is such a nice person and took such great care of little Jagger while I was away. I probably sent her too many details in my notes on how to care for Jagger, but she was super patient and took it all in stride - she went above and beyond! I could tell that Jagger loved her too, even though he is notoriously shy with new people, because he was in her lap and wanting to play with her in the pictures and videos that she sent. Jagger and I both love Vida and wouldn’t want to use anyone else to pet sit! <3

Vida was phenomenal! Like most dog parents, I’m overprotective and worry when I leave her in someone else’s care, but Vida put my mind at ease from the start. Super communicative and easy to schedule a meet and greet with. Followed all of my directions to a ‘t’ and sent extremely detailed updates and several pictures from each visit. HIGHLY recommend :)
