I cannot say enough good things about Victoria! We have a rescue dog who had significant separation anxiety when we first got her. Based on her personality and her past we did not think she would do well in a kennel. After having her for 4 months she has made huge strides but we were still a little nervous to leave her for the first time for a week long vacation across the country. Victoria did a great job updating us on how our dog was doing so that we were able to enjoy vacation. She even double checked with us during vacation to see if our dog had a difficult time with storms so she could anticipate how to best help our dog if needbe. Victoria had no difficulty handling our rescue on the leash either as our dog is still learning to walk without pulling and reacting positively to strangers/dogs outside. It has been less than a month and we have already used Victoria again and will continue to choose her first when we need to leave town again.
