I live in a apartment with a nice green space in the back for a dog to run around and have a nice play time. My boyfriend, Hartley and roommate Dustie also love dogs and will be helping me with the dog/dogs. Normally when I get a new dog that comes in to my house I make sure to clean it thoroughly to make sure the dog feels welcome and not threatened with smells from a different dog. Next I make sure to have fresh water down and my cats food up to make sure that the new dog doesn't get sick from the new food. After that I try to make sure that they get a full sniff of the house so they feel like they are at home.
