Victoria was very kind over the phone but when meeting her and her partner not many words were shared which was odd. I asked if they had any questions regarding taking care of my dog but just received blank stares or one word answers. I had to force conversation while their three dog proceed to bark excessively towards my dog. I wasn't looking to make friends by I can read people by conversation and they provided none which made me uncomfortable. Just like if you were to talk to a babysitter before leaving your child under their care, you want to be assured they are good people. They just kept watching their dogs during the introduction phase and never made an attempt to pet or meet Chase which also made me uneasy. I basically left their house feeling unsure if I did the right thing dropping my dog off with them but I had flight that evening out of town and didn't have much choice at that point. My daughters and I had to keep reassuring ourselves he was going to be okay and in good hands. Ultimately during our trip out of town she did follow up with pictures and communication which was most appreciated and calmed our nerves so I think Victoria does a great job in that but comes off disingenuous meaning they person you communicate with is not the same person you meet face to face. Upon picking Chase up no more than 2 words were shared, handed me my dog and my family was on our way. All in all just happy he (Chase) had a place to stay and was returned to me same way dropped off but would I use Victoria again...definitely not. My daughters and I just felt uneasy after meeting them both. She came highly recommend in our area but unfortunately the prior reviews did not live up to the service provided if I had to stress and worry if Chase was okay in their home.

Toby spent 4 days and 3 nights in Victoria’s home. Victoria was great throughout our whole process and I was extremely comfortable and very confident that he would be taken care of. Victoria took him in as one of her own. She sent me pictures and kept us informed. We already have our next vacation scheduled and Toby will be returning for another visit. I’m so happy we found someone that we can trust that is close in distance. If you need a sitter don’t hesitate. Victoria is definitely the best choice!!!!!!
