Unfortunately this has been a disappointing experience for us. My pet maltipoo, Ralph, stayed with Victoria for a week over Christmas and came back with an uncontrollable sneezing, which required a visit to the vet and antibiotics. During his time with Victoria he also developed a mild limping in his back leg which required 2 additional vet appointments and a half- day hospitalisation for x-rays so far. 15 days after I picked him up from Victoria, he’s still not recovered and I’m working with the vet on a long-term plan for his knee. To note, he’s a young (2yo) and healthy dog that had never experienced any related health issues to date. The whole experience has been disappointing also due to the lack of regular communication and updates: without my knowledge Ralph was relocated outside London to Southern England for his entire stay, where he was taken to the beach amidst cold winter weather. The fact that the updates consisted of only one photo every couple of days made it hard for me to know Ralph’s routine which would have been helpful given his current health issues. I would not recommend Victoria for small dogs at least during high-season as it felt that there was lack of appropriate attention and supervision.

Victoria and her family looked after our dog for 3 weeks whilst we took an overseas holiday. On meeting Victoria and discussing how our dog would be looked after and his particular needs, we felt completely confident in leaving our dog with her for the duration. Victoria did an excellent job having seen photos of how happy our dog was whilst we were away and what he was up to. We have no hesitation in recommending Victoria and her family and would happily use Victoria's services again.
