I have 16 years personal experience caring for and training dogs. I recently left my position as Head Bather at one of Athens best grooming facilities to pursue my art career full time. In my two years working there I took to the job naturally and was quickly promoted to their ‘head bather’. Meaning I over saw every bath and drying process, ensuring dogs were being treated with dignity and respect while in our care. I was tasked with identifying skin irritations and picking the proper medicated products for their condition. I am trained to spot stress in dogs and how to handle it and make them more comfortable. My wonderful boss at the spa was and still is very dedicated to educating her employees. I was sent to Chicago to be trained professionally in dog behavior and needs to come back and better educate the employees I was overseeing. I loved my time at the dog spa and I would be honored to bring my education, care and love into your companions life.
