Pet care experience
I’m an experienced veterinary technician at one of the highest volume private practices in Manhattan. I have broad experience taking care of everything from 10 week old puppies to dogs requiring daily medication and/or extra TLC for behavior issues. I understand how stressful it can be boarding a dog as well as the increased risk of them getting sick so I’m happy to provide this service to owners concerned about their dogs’ well-being. Unfortunately my building only allows cats as pets so I’m also happy to be spending time with clients dogs to fulfill my personal doggy-love requirement! My availability varies somewhat week to week because of my work at the hospital but I generally know what my schedule will be for a month at a time so feel free to send requests and we’ll work together to take care of your pet!

It's always a bit nerve-wracking for us to find a new dog sitter for our socially challenged dog, Gimbal and we're thankful to have met Victoria. She stayed at our home for four nights. Beforehand, she came over and took Gimbal out to learn his quirks and to get to know him. He fell for her after a few treats and a walk. Victoria is kind, professional, and trustworthy.

For any dogs with behavioral issues I prefer to meet them more than once before doing any overnights. I usually charge a drop-in fee for any meet and greets lasting more than ~15 minutes.
A typical day
We’ll go on walks at least twice a day or more if needed. I love taking dogs to the park on nice days. Also note that my fee for overnight care includes taking them on their regular walks!
