Hi I'm Tori! I am a collegiate distance runner and very active, so I will happily take your dog running or hiking, or just out for a leisurely walk. I can also help in training puppies or recent rescues. My experience with dogs does include training bathroom and obedience manners in puppies, and I am comfortable in cleaning up after accidents from both fur-babies and fur-elders at home visits. Mistakes happen, and I am very patient. I am happy to work with dogs of all sizes and energy levels, though at this time I only have hands on experience with dogs up to 70 lbs, so if you have a gentle giant I may ask for a couple pointers on walk techniques. I can deal with difficult dogs. My first dog was not the easiest to train. I love him with my whole heart, but he does have his quirks, as do many shelter rescues, so I have learned how to train and handle dogs that are mouthy and have poor walking etiquette. My new dog, also a rescue, was almost the exact opposite. She is very timid and training her has required a lot of patience and positive reinforcement.
