I'm an animal lover who believes that all creatures are a gift from GOD, however, dogs in particular show us how to love and accept unconditionally with warmth and joy. I agree with Barbara Woodhouse, there are "no bad dogs." Every dog is unique with its own special personality. The challenge many people face isn't that dogs don't understand us, its that we don't always understand them. The great news is that dogs are kind and patient and willing to work with us. Dogs are so sensitive and love being with their pack. I believe that even though they are so happy to see us when we return at and never complain about being left alone all day, dogs need to have the monotony of a long day alone broken up and should have someone drop in on them whenever possible.
