Pet care experience
I grew up with animals and have lived with dogs for more than a decade of my life. I've had purebreds from several breeds as well as mutts and I have yet to meet a dog that I don't like. I also rode horses and was part of a collegiate equestrian team; I'm very comfortable around large animals and I'm much more aware of animals' body language than the average person. I've trained my own dogs in the past and can work with your dog or puppy on basic commands if needed. At minimum, I will make sure your dog is safe, fed, and exercised while under my car and I will treat him or her as if he or she were my own. I can administer medication, bathe and groom, and I have experience with some of the misunderstood breeds who might require a knowledgeable handler (e.g. Akitas, Staffys).
Reviews
Victoria did a great job taking care of our pets and our home. It gave me peace of mind leaving home with someone so smart, responsible and loving to our babies in charge. Piper, Halle and Annabel say Thank You Victoria!
Absolutely amazing! Victoria watched our dogs why we were away for our wedding and I cannot say enough how much I appreciate having her. It was so nice to leave the pups with her and know they were happy and well taken care of. We will 100% use her again in the future.
Victoria was so wonderful. She was very attentive and our dogs adore her. We certainly will be using her in the future! Highly recommend.
Victoria was wonderful staying with our fur children!! She treated them and our home as her own and was great communicating with us while we were away. I highly recommend her and look forward to having her stay on our next trip.

Safety, trust & environment
The environment will be your home. I will never take your animals anywhere outside of your home/neighborhood without discussing it with you beforehand (e.g., dog park), and your dog will not be off leash with me outside of your property unless they are at a fenced dog park (or you have asked me to work with them off leash for training purposes). If your dog does not enjoy interacting with other dogs, we will avoid them on walks, and I avoid anything/anyone we’ve discussed during our meet and greet (e.g., cats, children, men with hats).
Information Victoria S. would like to know about your pet
A brief summary of the dog's personality, prey drive, the dog's comfort level around other dogs, strangers, etc., and any known behavioral problems (e.g. food aggression, leash reactivity) or fears (e.g. sirens, thunder, delivery men).
A typical day
Walks in your neighborhood, visits to a dog park if your dog is properly socialized and you'd like me to take him or her there, playing fetch (if your dog enjoys it), basic grooming, and snuggling on the couch.

Availability
I will do my best to stick to your dog’s existing schedule and, especially for high energy dogs, make sure they get both a morning and evening walk in (plus extra exercise on the weekends). I typically take your dog out for a potty break four times a day (more for young puppies, seniors, or special needs). I work remotely, so your dog will have company for most of the day on weekdays. Please note that I do leave to work out, run errands, etc., and sometimes have back-to-back meetings for 3 hours at a time—if your dog needs near-constant care or has severe separation anxiety, please discuss this with me upon requesting to book so that I can make sure I am able to provide the level of care that your dog needs and deserves.
