I’ve owned a dog for 5 years and I’ve been fostering rescue dogs for 4 years. We’ve fostered about 20 dogs and have loved every single one! Fostering has given me experience with all types of dog personalities and medical conditions. I have a beagle, so I have developed a lot of patience when walking dogs. I’m a decent dog trainer, but my partner is the true expert. He loves working with dogs to teach them new tricks or improve their habits. I work from home, so I’m typically around the house all day hanging out with my pups! We’ll go on a few walks throughout the day and I usually give them “Kong time” (peanut butter Kong treats) during lunch. I’m a fairly flexible person and can arrange my schedule to fit yours (and your dogs) needs! I have a large fenced in yard and live about a quarter mile away from a dog park. My dog is sweet to other dogs but likes to be the alpha- we’ve fostered many dogs- girls, boys, small, large- and he always does well with them!
