Keep your pup happy & healthy!

Pet care experience

I am a 31-year-old a dog lover who grew up in a 4-dog home and now lives in Chicago with my two Chiweenies, Matty and Zoey. I was previously an avid Rover dog-sitter in Washington, DC and now that I have settled into the Windy City, I'm back at it! As a lifelong dog owner, I understand how important your pet is to you and will go above and beyond to make sure they're kept happy and healthy. I look forward to caring for your four-legged best friends! Unfortunately, due to the preferences of my dogs, I am unable to sit for any dogs larger than 20-25 lbs.

Victoria is very responsive and does a great job taking care of my dog. I love that she sends pics and videos of her dogs and mine playing together. I will definitely book her again.

Victoria was wonderful and Bernie had a great time with her and her dogs. From the pictures and videos that she sent I could tell that my dog was very happy. Easy to coordinate with and very friendly!

Victoria was the absolute best! My pup enjoyed her comfy condo and all the belly rubs! She was both communicative and very flexible with pickups and drop offs. I am already in the process of rebooking with her!

Safety, trust & environment

Since I have two fur babies of my own, I know how important it is to pay attention to their nervousness in a new environment and make sure your pups feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible. They will receive at least four walks per day, be fed according to your schedule, and are allowed on furniture and in the bed if that is what they prefer!

Information Victoria O. would like to know about your pet

Any dogs I host in my home should get along with other small dogs since I have two Chiweenies of my own. As an apartment-dweller, it is important that any pets I sit are mostly quiet, but the occasional conversation is not a deal-breaker. If we decide to book a stay, we can discuss your dog's eating habits, sleeping habits, and what sort of daily routine they're used to. Being in a new environment with a new person can be overwhelming so my goal is to keep things as normal for them as possible. Unfortunately, due to my dog's preferences, I am unable to sit for dogs larger than 20-25 lbs.

A typical day

As a lifelong dog owner myself, I understand how important your pets are to you and will go out of my way to provide them the same love and care I provide my own. Your pets will enjoy long walks around my neighborhood (20+ minutes depending on your dog's preferences and weather conditions) and extended playtime with my friendly and energetic little dogs. Dogs in my home are allowed on the furniture and beds and can sleep on my bed or wherever else they are most used to. On weekends, I will spend most of my day at home with your dog, alternately playing and enjoying some Netflix with them. Although I may leave my home for the occasional outing while watching your pet, it will never be for extended (6+ hrs) periods of time and never without first ensuring they have everything they need. On weekdays, you should be aware that I work full, 9 am-5 pm days. This means your dog may go as long as 8 hours without a walk on a workday. However, I will always walk and feed them before I leave, and hurry home to be sure they don't spend too much time cooped up.
