I've had dogs since I was a teenager. My husband and I got our very own German Shorthaired Pointer, Gage, right after we got married. He just turned 7. A year later, we adopted Finn, a 6 year old German Wirehaired Pointer. We adopted a senior lab from Animal Services in SLO in 2020. He just recently crossed the rainbow bridge in May of 2023. We have a fenced in yard with plenty of room for fetch and live in a very walk friendly neighborhood. My husband also loves to run and your pup could tag along if it needs the exercise. With that being said, I have experience with high energy breeds as well as senior dogs who need a little more support. I can administer medication if needed, too. We do have an almost 2 year old little boy, so I ask that I meet your pup before it comes to stay with us and I will only accept pups who are comfortable with young children.
