Pet care experience
I have grown up around all types of animals including dogs, cats, rabbits, fish, lizards, birds and even hermit crabs. I grew up helping in the Pet Valu store my dad owned when I was young. I love taking care of animals and I miss having pets around me so much. I have taken care of dogs ranging from 100 lbs rottweilers to little dachshunds. I have experience feeding animals with dry food as well as raw food. I have experience walking dogs, playing with dogs, and feeding dogs. I also have experience playing with cats and feeding cats. I have experience house sitting and caring for two cats while the owner was away. I am very responsible and reliable. I understand different types of training and I can try to help with training if the owner wants. I am passionate about animals and animal care.

Victoria has always been around animals from lizards to bunnies to dogs and cats. She is gentle and loving with them. She has no problem disciplining appropriately to manage behaviour. Her comfort level with animals makes her a great dog or cat caregiver
Not only has Victoria owned nearly every variety of dog, but she has also been deeply involved in the local animal shelter as well as its fundraising. Victoria has worked with both large and small dogs and understands different temperaments as well as the different needs that each demands. Over the years I have observed that dogs of all kinds tend to feel comfortable around her even when they were particularly anxious dogs to outsiders. Victoria is very organized and perceptive, so if your dog follows a tight set schedule or prefers to follow their own she is well-suited to cater to their needs. Most of all Victoria is an involved caregiver and will make it her job to make sure that your dog is well-taken care of, not just left in a crate.

I love all breeds of dogs and I have no preference for which dog breeds to work with. I would like to know the dogs age and energy level. I would like to know if they have any health concerns that way I can make sure I know how to properly care for them. I would want to know if there are anything they do not like. For example, if they have problems with other dogs just for if we are on a walk if running into another dog would cause any discomfort so I can help keep the dog calm. Finally, if there is any other information that the pet owner believes would be important for me to know.
A typical day
I love discovering new parks and I would be happy to take the dogs on walks to parks around the home. If the dog is staying with me we can do lots of walks, play and the dog will get lots of attention.
