My husband and I have always had dogs or cats or both. Animals and dogs especially, are important to how we lead our lives. My sister in law has a Bull/English Mastiff cross and a German short hair pointer who we sit frequently. My in-laws have a shih tzu who is best friends with our rescue Charley.
