Pet care experience
I have both lived with and looked after pets such as dogs, cats, guinea pigs, fish, bearded dragons, and have had interactions with other types of pets through family & friends. Up until last year I had only house & pet sat for friends & family but have since acquired a few regulars. I always act responsibly and am considerate of others people things & pets. I have a lot experienced when it comes to meal times, bathroom breaks & the cleanup, giving baths, and giving oral medication (with pills I rather trick them into eating it with a treat, but if there a bit to clever then I have experience in giving them it without causing harm) I am also willing to help with any training you may be doing or need help with doing. I have taught my dog to sit, lay down, jump, and stay (for a short time) through positive & repetitive interactions. I have also worked on our eldest dogs knowledge of the words out side & inside, as well as “do you need to potty” & “go potty.”

This is second time Victoria has helped us. She’s very communicative and sends lots of photos. Our dog is always very happy and well taken care of when we come back home.
Victoria watched our dog in our home while we were on a cruise and she was very communicative and was a great house guest. I messed up by not booking enough days and she was very flexible and sweet and let me book her last minute for an extra night. Our dog was very comfortable with her ?
Tori did such a great job with our little pup for 4 nights 5 days! She sent us pics all throughout her visit which kept us reassured he was in good hands :-) Will be booking with Tori for the future for sure. Highly recommended.
Victoria was great! She keep with in the loop with pictures of my dog while I was out of town. Definitely recommend her to anyone.

I am always respectful to other peoples property and pets. I never touch or take anything unless given permission or instructions to; And I would never do anything with, too, or for your animals unless I have your approval or permission to. I do not keep windows or doors open unnecessarily as to prevent any potential escape plans (which both my family dogs and cats are know to try every once and awhile). I also will not feed your animals anything they are not supposed to have (if you are not comfortable with them receiving treats or any scrap human food then I will not give them any with your consent). When going on walks I always keep them on a leash to prevent any type of accidents from occurring & I always try to remember to bring a poop-bags (if it happens that I do forget or don’t have any on hand, then I’ll take note of where it is and come back to clean it up right after it happens).

I would like to know if they tinkle when there a bit to excited or have a small bladder in general. I would like to know about any food or snacks they are not allowed or my have allergies to. Since I like to implement positive reinforcement with treats for good behavior & listening skills. I would also appreciate a head up if your dog is very energetic & tends to jump up on you (one of my dogs is like this).
A typical day
Some outside activities may included going for a walk around the neighborhood or play ball/fetch in a gated area/backyard. Some inside activities may include some tug-of-war or keep away with any toys you may have (if you don’t have any to use for this then I may be able to bring my own), some pets and pampering, and after I’ve tired them out we’ll sit and relax for a bit so they can nap or cuddle. Some activities will vary depending on your dog and there personality, since some may be more active & and energetic than others.

Availability
I graduated college with a degree in graphic design and a minor in drawing in 2022, but due to on going medical issues I have not been able to pursue a job in said field. I am currently trying to work on my current limitations and have different doctors appointments to go to. Most of my time during the week, outside of looking after your pets, is spent at home or substitute teaching. My schedule can be fairly open & flexible, just ask or talk to me about it and more time out of not I’ll find some kind of work-around. I am sometimes needed to take my sister to work & picking her up. So Monday-Thursday, I may need to get her to work by 2:30pm and pick her up by 5pm. (Currently, I am exempt from this)
