I've owned a wide variety of pets my whole life, but for the past 3 years I've been a full time dog mom. I've given medications to cats and dogs including ear drops. I've owned cats my whole life and continue to help care for my roommate's cat. Since moving here, I've been working at a professional doggy day care and boarding facility, so I've cared for dogs of all sizes and ages from toy breeds to pit bulls. I can't wait to meet your furry friend!

Victoria is responsive and dependable whenever we need her, even in last minute situations. She is great with our dog who requires a bit more care then most and we will absolutely continue to use her!
Victoria was great with our dog Mickey who isn't good with other dogs. She was communicative, friendly, and followed his routine well as he gets multiple medications daily including seizure medication and eye drops. We got multiple pictures and would will definitely reach out for future stays! Thank you!

I live in an apartment right now, so I can't bring any other animals into my home. I can however come to your home and walk around the area, or get pets dropped off. I live 5 minutes from plenty of hiking trails and dog parks, and I have a seatbelt for dogs. Due to safety reasons, I will not take a dog into a section of a dog park with other dogs in it. If you would like your dog socialized, my dog would love to help with that. Weather is another factor I take into consideration when walking dogs. I will not walk a dog in snow for more than 30 minutes without the proper gear on, which generally consists of booties and a coat for small dogs. Safety is most important here. I can assure you, they will recieve lots of cuddles, pets, walks, and play time!

I generally accept pets with any behavioral problems, but I would at least like to know about them first (ie biting, barking, anxiety, resource guarding, triggers, housebroken, kennel trained, etc.). I also want to know your dog's socialization level, age, and what animals they can be around so I can plan accordingly.
A typical day
I love being outside, especially when it involves hiking. My dog goes backpacking with me some weekends, and I live 5 minutes from the local hiking trails. My neighborhood is full of sidewalks, which makes walking extra safe (even if your dog isn't leash trained). I also have a favorite dog park that I can take your dog to for some long distance fetch.

My dog is my world; we spend every second of every day together. I bring her to work with me where my job is caring for pets, and they give me a fairly flexible schedule. Giving animals a safe, happy place to stay is a passion of mine, and I will do anything to provide that for your family member too.
