I am 23 years old. I have worked with animals since I was 10. Whether it be volunteering at shelters or working in a veterinary hospital. I am currently employed as a Vet assistant,and have over 4 years experience. I have fostered animals through the shelter as well. I'm able to identify any emergency situation that might come up and respond quickly and calmly. I'm currently working on becoming CPR certified. I can provide references for the veterinary hospital I work at upon request. I understand every dog is unique and i am prepared to handle any special cases. I have dealt with dogs with severe health issues and other special needs. I want to make sure your fur-baby is as happy and relaxed as they can be while you are away. I love and work with dogs of all sizes and breeds. The most important information I would like to know about your dog before hand is if they are up to date on their vaccines,and how well they get along with other dogs and cats.
A typical day
We would be taking walks around the neighborhood or with previous permission from the owner we would go to the park for a walk around the track. I take my dog to the dog park at least 2 times a week,so with previous permission from the owner I would take them to the dog park as well. I have a big back yard with a kiddie pool for them to play in. Lots and Lots of toys to toss around or play tug-a-war with as well. If you request I will also give them a bath and a nail trim before you pick up.
