I grew up with dogs, though don’t have one of my own right now. My sister trains guide dogs and my mother likes to send me dog care articles for fun so I’m well versed in pet care! Also, I’m a social worker with a big heart so I’ll be sure to provide reliable loving care for your pet.

I needed someone to watch my pups while we had a new floor installed. Victoria was very flexible since I first called for a stay starting the next day.... and then rescheduled for the following week. The dogs had a good time, as evidence by the fact that they were very excited to get to her house on the second and third day. They got more walks than they do at home, which I was very grateful for!
I called victoria to sit with benny on very short notice, like 30 minutes, and she was able to accommodate us. He has settled in over there nicely, and has seemed to be in fine spirits both days I picked him up

I am most equipped to care for easy going, playful, well-trained dogs. I work at home so will not be able to care for dogs that bark a lot (some is okay!) But, open to higher needs if you can share more details. Happy to try to help!
A typical day
I have a large fenced in yard where we can throw a ball around. I have plenty of neighbors with dogs who can come over (if desired) for extra exercise. Rock Creek Park is nearby for hikes too!
