Our only children are our dogs. I work from home full time as a Web and Graphic Marketing Specialist so I love having the company of our (and hopefully your) dogs surrounding me while I dabble in work. We have a large 2400 sq. ft home and fully fenced back yard for your dog(s) to run around and play. I grew up on farmland in Louisville, KY where my family owned all kinds of animals. Thus, when it came to someone going out of town, I was the one they called to care for their pets. My promises to you: 1. Flexible - Have a short notice and need to go out of town? Being a full time dog mom and working remotely allows me to be there for yours just like I do for mine. I'm able to work around any hours of the day being flexible for drop off and pick ups anytime. 2. Calm - Though having 2 huskies can be a bit "wild" sometimes, I keep the house quiet and low-key. If your pet is timid or anxious, I make sure they have their own room or space to relax and feel safe. 3. Sensitive - I will handle your pet with love, affection and tenderness. Respecting all pets with any special needs and providing them with patient and attentive care. 4. Trustworthy - Need a meet and greet? I will open my home up to you and your pet to visit and get a feel for yourself. It's important to acclimate your pet to a new surrounding while in the comfort of your presence at first. 5. Experienced - Growing up in the farmland of Kentucky allowed me to take care of all kinds of animals. I have had many best friends (my dogs) all throughout my childhood. When family went out of town, I was the first person they called to take care of their loved ones. I have had many years taking care of children, dogs, cats, guinea pigs, horses, and yes even goats. 6. Consistent - After training 2 huskies (very stubborn breed) I know the importance of maintaining rules and guidelines to keep your pet happy and safe. So if you have house rules your pet follows, I will apply them. 7. Reliable - I'm here to make your get away, vacation, job requirements, or a social event go without the stress of worrying if your loved one is safe. Ensuring your schedule and plans go smoothly. If you're running early, late, or have to adjust your dogs stay, I will do what I can to assist you in any way possible. 8. Genuine Love for Animals - I have a pure love for my dogs. Guess since I have no children, they are my babies. Personally I would rather buy some elaborate dog toy then a pair of shoes for me. My dogs tend to show the same love and affection to other people as I do all animals. They love on everyone expecting hugs, kisses and belly rubs. Your dog(s) would be welcomed into my home as if they were one of my own. We are available almost all year round and would love to have an extra set of paws around the house.
