Pet care experience
I've been working with dogs for over 10 years through rescue, fostering, and training. I am an accredited dog trainer through the IAABC, a Certified Separation Anxiety Behavior Consultant, and a Certified Fear Free Professional. I have a special interest in helping families with fearful / anxious dogs. I understand how isolating and frustrating it can be to be a guardian of dogs with behavioral challenges and know the options for these kiddos can be limited.

I have two sassy pups of my own so any pet sitting would need to be done at the client's home. I am open to staying overnight as needed and will make sure your pup is comfortable, happy, and well taken care of! I love providing enrichment for dogs and letting them just be...dogs! Please note, I will not use any aversive methods (fear, pain, or intimidation) to interact with or manage your pup. If there are specific corrective type tools you require your caretaker to use, we won't be a good fit for each other!

I am currently working as a trainer / behavior consultant at a private training business, Wag the Dog and Company. I also work as a Field Responder Specialist providing hands on behavior support for dogs rescued from cruelty cases through the ASPCA. Because of these other commitments, please message me regarding availability.
