Dog Loving Household- Full of Cuddles and Play
Pet care experience
I have cared for my own dogs for the last 20 years. These have ranged in size and breed. I have rescued dogs and also have 2 young dachshunds I have had since puppies. I regularly care for family and friends dogs as I work from home and am able to meet this need. Any visiting dog has the same comforts of my own including being able to sleep in my bed/bedroom if required. I also have a kitchen I would have a dog sleep in if this is what is familiar for them. I am fortunate to live rural and this gives opportunity for some lovely walks across open fields. My dogs are socialised and your pet would be welcome in our home. I am DBS checked. All my dogs are vaccinated, including Kennel Cough.

Vicki has always had dogs which makes her an experienced and incredibly knowledgeable dog owner. She has skills to care for puppies, old and vulnerable dogs and has much love for all of them. Since I’ve known Vicki she has always kept her dogs in the centre of her life and their wellbeing has been a top priority. Vicki has looked after my girl (mini dachshund puppy) on 4 occasions since I got her last November including a 10 days long stay at Vicki’s house over Christmas when I travelled abroad. Vicki lives in a great cottage with a massive garden which is a fantastic place for the dogs to play and run around or even swim in the pond. The house is comfy and spacious for the dogs to relax and my pup loves being there. Vicki is super good at keeping the dog’s routine unchanged and offers a great range of activities and walks in her area which is a beautiful countryside. I highly value Vicki’s care for my dog and will be back for more later this year when I travel again.
Vic was amazing with my two dogs. They stayed with her a number of times and always I can rest assured they are loved, and having the best time. They love seeing her and her dogs always come away wagging
After Vic was recommended to me by my brother she now looks after my dog while I am at work. She is wonderful with my boy and he is always very excited to see her and her dogs! She treats them all with so much love! I could bot recommend her enough! I find it hard to trust people with my boy but after my brother recommended her I have never found it easier to leave him to go to work!
Vicki often looks after our Puppy. He is always treated as one of her family. He has walks, play and cuddles. His food is given as requested. Her 3 dogs are very sociable. Will use Vicki and her dogs to care for mine next time I go away. Highly recommend

I have a fenced garden and 3 of my own fur babies who would keep yours company and play. There are several dog beds around my home which your dog could use and many different toys! If your fur baby stays overnight they can sleep in the kitchen or in the bedroom with me and my dogs.

A typical day
Any dog staying with me will be walked across fields and some road areas for about an hour a day. I have a basket of dog toys in my front room and regularly take breaks from work to play with my dogs for short periods. I have a large garden which all dogs will be able to explore safely. I give regular cuddles and strokes. I have several dog beds around the house so the dogs can choose where they rest, there is a bed next to where I work and there is also the sofa!

I work from home and care for my 3 dogs. I am able to offer regular toilet breaks, walks up to an hour in the day and food at a time which suits your pet.
