Pet care experience
Since middle school neighbors would count on me as the resident pet sitter when they went on vacations or just needed a dog walker. I have continued that trend and am now the go-to sitter for friends and friends of friends. I actively take friends dogs in for the weekends as well, so I am constantly on call for watching pets. I am also an active volunteer at The Animal Pad, where I work with special needs dogs, medical cases, and dogs with behavioral struggles. I have 2 dogs of my own (one of which is special needs), but am willing to work around your schedule. I am available for dog sitting, walking, or even cats! A typical day
Again, this will depend on the dog, their comfort level, and the area. Typically a nice long walk will do the trick. I avoid dog parks and hikes with new dogs at first because they can be stressful situations/ if your dog isn’t fully medicated a hike could bring ticks or fleas.
