Hi, I’m Tori! 👋🏻🐶 I have taken care of dogs and cats of every kind since I was 7 years old! I had an energetic beagle, named Blitz, who I would take on walks daily and explore the woods and hiking trails with and a “Garfield” orange tabby, named Socks, living at home with me. Friends, family, and neighbors continuously rely on me to walk, feed, bathe, and spend time with their pets. I love animals! I am very gentle, patient, and friendly, and I will always go at the animal’s pace. I believe in and will always use positive reinforcement and guidance when training. I have over 3 years of puppy and dog training experience under my belt. If you need someone to train your puppy, I’m here to help! I will ask for details about your pet such as their routines, walking schedules, medications, special diets, favorite routes, and especially favorite toys and treats! I want your pet to feel safe and comfortable, just like they feel in their own home! Routine, safety, and comfort is extremely important to me. It is my policy to be 100% transparent and honest with my potential, current, and returning clients.

I have a large home with an upstairs and downstairs. Any areas that are are not suitable for pets are blocked off by baby gates and wooded boards. I also have a fenced in yard and a large field behind my house where your pet(s) can run around and play! I live in a safe suburban town with a dog park nearby as well.

Please let me know if there are any special diets or dietary needs and/or medications. Please also let me know some or all of the following: • your pet’s favorite walking routes • your pet’s favorite toys and how they like to play • what bowls/plates your pet enjoys using • how your pet would like to be feed (dry food, wet food, mixed wet and dry, special diet or dietary needs) • how much water your pet needs and drinks in a day and their preferred way of drinking water (water bowl, filtered water, water fountain, tap water concerns) • your pet’s personality • what your pet likes to do for fun and the things they do for comfort (getting the zoomies and then falling asleep, playing certain games, chasing their own tail, sleeping with the tv on) • your pet’s favorite treats and how you prefer to give them (break their treats in half, two treats every time your pet drinks water or uses the puppy pad, giving treats after they sit before putting their harness on) I will also only give treats if you are comfortable with it and as many as you deem necessary in a day or around a certain time. Please let me know your routines and if there are any other suggestions you may have. I will ask these questions and more before our meeting as well as during our meet and greet to ensure that your dog or cat is getting the absolute best care possible. Note: I am willing to negotiate prices if needed
A typical day
Going on long walks, playing with a ball, chew toys, or a frisbee, or relaxing in the same room with your dog on my lap or hanging out on the couch - I will match the energy, wants, and needs of your dog. There is a huge field behind my house where your dog and I can run and play! There are also two long pathways around the development meant for longer walks and sidewalk areas meant for shorter walks. Whatever your dog needs, I will go at their pace. Regarding puppy or regular dog care, I will be by their side the entire day and/or night. I will make sure to keep your puppy consistent with their routine and sleeping, eating, bathroom, and eating schedules. Regarding puppy care, I am puppy pad trained if you prefer to keep your puppy indoors. I also can adapt the daycare area based on your puppy’s size, energy, teething needs, sleeping and eating needs as well. There is a dog park about a 10 minute walk away as well!

I’m currently working from home with a very flexible schedule so I can tend to your cat or dog whenever they need me! I love going on long walks around the neighborhood which is something your dog will totally enjoy doing with me!
