I would be happy to give a testament as to Victoria Elliott's character,honesty and personality. Victoria is a very organized , committed and kind person. When given a responsibility she takes it very seriously and follows through on all levels. I know that Victoria is a very honest and forthright individual who likes when treated with the same due respect. Though she says she has an easy going spirit I believe she a high level of discipline and empathy towards others. That empathy is translated with pets as to caring not only about their safety ... but their wants . needs and feelings.
