I grew up in a household full of all sorts of pets, as my father is an exotic pet veterinarian and passed on his love for animals to me. I have my own dog, age 2. I have had dogs and cats my whole life, dealing with all the stages from puppy to senior. I have also owned/taken care of various pet lizards, snakes, tortoises, birds, hamsters, etc as well. I value the relationship between an owner and their pet and the responsibility of providing them with a high quality life. I am not afraid to get down and dirty if needed! Since I grew up with a veterinarian in the home, I was exposed to the medical side of owning a pet and have a certain degree of experience and general knowledge of dos and don'ts. If there was ever any doubt or advice needed, in a pinch I have access to a Veterinarian for his expertise! Additional random pros, I am conversationally fluent in Spanish, work with kids, and love the outdoors. I have experience with pets in the home, whether that is crating or following specific house boundaries. I believe loving pets is an important investment, and enjoy playing and going for walks with them. I also enjoy spending time with pets outdoors, whether that is in the backyard or local parks if that is an option.
