Pet care experience
I have previous experience working with dogs of all ages, whether they’re less than a year old, or more than 14, I’ve been entrusted to care for them. Now, I’m hoping to be able to continue caring for dogs while I am in school to make my way towards a career in veterinary medicine.

Victoria was awesome! I scheduled a last minute trip and was in a pinch to find a dog sitter. Victoria came through for me. She was able to meet with me quickly to go over Roo's care regimen. Roo felt very comfortable with Victoria from the start and the weekend went by without issue.
Victoria is the best dog sitter we have found and we feel so lucky!! She is really good with grumpy old dogs who normally don’t like new people/dogsitters. Milo loves her and is excited to see her every time!

Victoria got along perfectly with our senior yorkie. He’s quite picky with people but was very comfortable with her. We look forward to booking with her again!

I try to make sure the pets are comfortable if I will be giving them overnight care, which is best done in their homes. Otherwise, I try to make sure the dog is comfortable in my own space, and try to make them feel welcome in my home.

I’d like to know ahead of time, whether it be for walks or watching dogs, how much of a puller they are, and how adverse they are to changes or new people in their environment. If I am giving them care, I want them to be comfortable with me, and that knowledge helps me find a way to build that comfort.
A typical day
I’d like to be able to talk dogs on hikes if they are behaved enough to do so, otherwise I don’t mind taking a walk through a park or residential area. If the owners are okay with it, I also like trying enrichment activities with their pets such as lick lick or snuffle mats.

Availability
From Monday to Friday, I have a break in my classes in the late morning and early afternoon, and other than on Tuesdays and Thursdays, my classes will be over by 2. Outside of these days, I am free and able to walk and care for your pets.
