Hello! My name is Victoria and I am a special education teacher looking to make supplementary income and spend more time with pups! I have one beautiful border collie/ beagle (certified with Therapy Dogs International) and love spending time hiking, running, biking, and playing with her. I grew up with dogs and have been taking care of them for over fifteen years. If you allow me to spend time with your pup I will work on standard training like sit/stay/walk nicely (and any other behavior you are working on at home). I fully believe in creating a comprehensive training and care routine so I will continue the routines that you have established at home! I look forward to teaching and playing with your pup :)

Victoria was a great pet sitter for my 4 month old Golden Retriever Maggie while I was out of town for a week. She provided a safe, fun home-away-from-home and kept me up to date on Maggie's hijinks with texts and pictures throughout the week. She was easy to work with (covered an extra night so I could catch an early flight) and had Maggie packed and ready to go when I got back. Maggie had a great time and improved her ability to sit and stay! Thanks Victoria!

Victoria goes above and beyond when it comes to being a dog owner. She rescued her first dog, Emmerson, earlier this year and has shown it absolute love ever since. She has already trained Emmerson in a basic manners obedience class and is now training Emmerson in advanced manners and etiquette. Victoria will treat all dogs with the love and respect she shows her own dog.

I would need to know about any food allergies/past aggression issues. Additionally, I would like to arrange a meet and greet in neutral territory before the sit so both owners can see the dogs interact. I would also like to know preferred treats, training programs and history, and fears that your dog has.
A typical day
I live close to Frick Park so we will spend time walking in the park and at the Off Leash Dog Area. If you are comfortable with it, I will take energetic dogs on bike rides using the Walky Dog Plus. I walk my (very energetic) puppy every 1.5-3 hours so your dog is guaranteed enough exercise, regardless of the weather! Our house has 1 dogs ( a 3 year old Border Beagle), 1 cat, and 1 tortoise. All animals are spayed/neutered and very friendly. As a special education teacher I love shaping behaviors and use frequent reinforcements to decrease problem behaviors. I would love to continue any training programs that are already in place in your home :)
