Pet care experience
From a young age I have always been animal obsessed and have always been told I have a special way with many types of animals. Along with other pets, I have always had both dogs and cats throughout my life and have been caring and looking after both my animals and other people's. This began when I was ten years old and would look after my Granny's dog, a Border Collie when she was away. At this time I also walked my elderly neighbour's, Shih Tzu as she was no longer able to. I have helped out in local animal sanctuaries and the PDSA so am aware of what is required to look after a range of different breeds. At my family home I have 2 dogs, a Basset Hound and a Labrador cross as well as five cats. My Basset Hound is 11 and my Labrador is 3 so I have recent experience caring for both younger and elderly dogs. Since moving to England I have missed caring for animals so would love for you to allow me to help out in sharing some of the love I have for animals with your pet.

Victoria did a wonderful job of looking after Millie for me for a couple of days. It was actually the first time I had left her, and was really reassuring to see the attention and care she received and for the regular updates that set the mind of an anxious ‘parent’ at ease. Thanks for taking such great care of her!
My first time using rover. From meeting Victoria and her housemates I could tell they are real dog lovers and would not only look after Rufus but give him his own holiday whilst we were on ours! Given daily updates and photos & Roo has returned to us exhausted from all the fun he has had. Thank you & Roo can't wait to stay again!

I live in a house with a small walled garden. There are no children in my house. I live with my boyfriend who love animals too. The dogs are supervised at all times when in my care and will never be left alone. I can follow rules specific to your dog so they remain in their normal routine.

Before taking care of your pet I would love to meet them first and find out some information like any illnesses or special requirements they may have, the things they like and don't like to do and the things they like to play with and eat. this will help me look after your dog to the highest standards and ensure they have the best time with me! As well, any questions you may have about the dogs' time in my care I will be willing to answer to give you peace of mind that your loved one is in safe hands.
A typical day
There is a range of parks and areas I can bring your dog around me that they'll love to explore, there is also a river walk with lots of scents for them to sniff out. (A firm favourite with my regular dogs!) Also within the house, there are dog beds and dog toys such as balls so we can play in the garden and then relax on the dog beds or cuddle into myself or my boyfriend on the sofa when they want to rest.

Availability
I am currently working Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. I used to mind dogs full time and missing sharing my life with all my furry friends so I would love to be able to help out on weekends and bank holidays!
