I understand that having a pet, a companion and a friend can be difficult with all there is to bear in this world, which makes it challenging to be there for them at all times that they may need you. I've lived with many roommates over the years who have owned animals and I've often taken the liberty to help co-parent while they're away. It takes a village, as they say.
