My nickname is Vicky, your pets will be treated with respect and love. I will provide the attention they crave and lots of play and exercise. I can also bring in your mail or packages. Have been a dog mom full-time since 2009 to my eight-year-old mixed chihuahua Lana and my 4 year-old miniature Schnauzer Bella. I am a stay at home mom with an over-the-road trucker husband, a 12 year old in school, and two grown children. I am looking to do drop-in visits and house sitting preferably no more than 4 miles from my home. I am considering doing pet sitting and dog boarding, but my yard is not fully fenced. I have two dogs, and with the Schnauzer we take her out to the backyard and tie her on a long thin chain and we wait until she finishes, scoop up the poop and inside she goes. With Lana, the chihuahua, she has always been very obedient and will stay by our side. So she comes outside along with Bella (the Schnauzer) but stays really near, does her thing, maybe basks in the sun while we go back inside, or she will ask to go back inside to be with my older son Cristian because she is practically attached to the hip with him. She never leaves his side. She sleeps with him, cries when he leaves, and sits by the bathroom door waiting for him. She is the typical nervous chihuahua and loves how he protects her. The gas consumption is an issue when our pet sitting fees are low, so that is why I would prefer someone who is about 4 miles from me. Please feel free to message me just to ask about this.
