Pet care experience
Hi, my name is Vicky! Ever since I was a kid, I’ve loved animals and wanted to be a zoologist. I grew up raising 2 dogs - a Yorkie terrier and another that was adopted from the shelter. I love exercising and going out for long walks or runs, so helping your dog get in their daily exercise will be no problem at all! I love going to parks and exploring different neighborhoods here in New York. I've also dog sat for many of my friends while they were out for vacation so I am experienced with many different breeds of dogs and their differing personalities. I am available any time during the weekends and after 5:30pm on the weekdays.

Vicky was communicative, sent updates and pictures on a regular basis and I could tell she really took pleasure out of being with our dog and cared about her well being. It was a plus that there generally was another dog there to keep ours company. I definitely recommend her!
Vicky was so excellent at being responsive and sending photos/updates on Ollie. I wasn’t concerned at all that he was being well cared for and happy while I was home visiting family.

I keep a clean apartment so the pets can’t get into trouble or endanger themselves. If needed I can also crate the pet during times I can’t actively watch over them.

I would like to know if the dog is people or other dog friendly in case there is another encounter while were out walking. I do not have a specific breed preferences. I would also like to know any special accommodations I would need to make to help the dog feel more comfortable and situated because I think their comfort is the most important thing. :)
A typical day
I would walk around Greenwich Village and take them to Washington Square park, Thompson Square Park, or Stuyvesant Dog Park based on the location of where they live. If they really like to play fetch I would love to take them to a park to do so or simply just run around on the grass.

Availability
I currently work from home, so I have a lot of time and resources to care of your pets. I take breaks during the work day to walk around my neighborhood which would be a perfect time to take your dog out too.
