Pet care experience
It’s my goal to give you total peace of mind that your dog is safe in our home while your are away. I’ve been involved with dog sitting and walking since I was 11. I have over 40 years of experience with my own 3 dogs. I have attended numerous dog training courses for puppies, plus have taken advanced courses for more challenging breeds like, dobermans. I am a very calm, patient person who absolutely loves animals of all types.

Vicki and her husband are fantastic sitters! They have so much love and care for dogs it is amazing and comforting knowing your fur baby is in capable hands. I also appreciate the lovely photos and quick communication and know when I pick up my senior pooch he is happy and tired from playing in their lovely backyard. Thanks again!
Vicki and Jamie looked after our pup, Bonny for five days while we were overseas after they were recommended to us by a friend. We had never left Bonny for this long before, and had had a not great experience boarding her previously, we felt comfortable with Vicki and Jamie from the minute we met them. They are truly dog people, and their years of experience caring for their own and other people’s dogs is crystal clear. Updates and photos from Vicki were sent every day, if not multiple times per day, and as much as we missed Bonny, we knew she was safe and being super well cared for. We live in a condo, so Bonny had the time of her life running around Vicki and Jamie’s yard in the snow, and taking over all of the couch space. I would 100% recommend their services to anyone and I’m sure Bonny is looking forward to staying again in the future.

I have a pretty big lot, 60’ x 200’, with a fenced in backyard. The yard has plenty of space to run and play and has shade for those warmer days. Our home is an open concept bungalow, you don’t have to worry about stairs and it has been dog proofed both inside and out. Please let me know if your pet has any special needs or quirky behaviours. The more I know about your pet the better prepared I will be in order to help. Please refrain from booking females in heat, dogs that snap/bite or dogs that bark excessively. We have people working from home, barking and zoom calls do not work in our environment please ensure you respect these terms when booking, thank you!!
A typical day
I will ensure your pooch is stimulated by playing fetch, or catch, and there will be chew toys available. Your dog will be exercised and it will also have down time to relax. I will do my best to keep your pet on your schedule just make sure you give me those details.

Availability
I now spend quite a bit of time at home. I love being outside, gardening and cooking. I will ensure your dog receives plenty of attention, exercise, play time and love! Or if your pooch is a senior and just wants to chill, then that’s what we shall do. I’ll keep you posted with plenty of photos and videos during your dogs stay. Your pooch will never be alone, as there are 2 adults at home who love dogs!
